Refund policy

We have a 28-day refund/reprint policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint. 

Immediate reprints or refunds are given if:

An item arrives broken or damaged.

An item is not as you ordered - wrong item, size, colour, spelling mistake.

Printing is poor quality.

To be eligible for a return or refund simply take clear photographs of the damage or problem with the item and email to: Karen@whimsyandwonder.com.au

Please take several photographs to show the problem in good lighting. This must be done within 28 days of your order.  

**As all items are made to order, we cannot give a refund for change of mind and we cannot refund gift cards.

Wrong size - As most of our items are personalised we ask that you try to get your sizing correct when ordering. We do have options for size exchanges so please email if you have ordered the wrong size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the problem for you as ASAP.
